I have had a few personal chef experiences and Aakruti by far is the best I have worked with. We wanted tasty dishes which were as organic in ingredients as possible, and Aakruti delivered. She often went to more than one grocery store to make sure she was getting ingredients (esp meats) at the quality we wanted. The food has consistently been tasty and overall very appetizing. She leaves instructions on how to heat each entrée as well which was incredibly helpful and communicates through email and/or text everything she needs prior to arrival and after completing the meals. She made it easy!
