From being a Sous Chef in my Master Chef Mom’s kitchen to a new journey of Personal Chef, cooking and playing with spices and ingredients has always been my second nature.

If you love to learn more about healthy and tasty recipes you are at the right place!  With  fresh, wholesome produce, ingredients and spices we can create magic.

You choose your menu and I put in my skills to create your own personalized cooking experience.

How does it work?

Personalized cooking lessons are available for 1-6 people in your kitchen. You will learn about ingredients, techniques and history while receiving hands-on instructions as we make healthy, wholesome food together. At the end of each lesson, we sit down and enjoy what we have made.

Basics of Indian cooking

Get to know the variety of Indian spices and lentils. We will then create a simple, balanced, authentic Indian meal. Roll your own roti (Indian flatbread). End your experience by treating yourself to Masala Chai.

Curry Love

Indian Chicken Korma

Love the curries at Indian restaurants and always wanted to create that magic yourself. Learn to make the famous “Makhani Sauce” and “Butter Chicken” or “Paneer Makhani”. Or learn to cook yogurt based curries like: “Chicken korma”

Fusion Take

Try creating the magic with fusion twist to recipes. Butter Chicken Pot Pie, Butter Chicken Pasta, Stir Fry Noodles Curry Puffs/ Pouches

Learn some delicious, nutritious & easy vegetarian recipes. It can include skills like: selecting and including seasonal produce, working with fresh herbs and flavorful spices, roasting vegetables, balancing flavors, preparing soups or cooking grains.

Mexican Inspired meal

Spanish Rice

Rich, spicy and flavorful Mexican cuisine can always be fun to cook and learn. Get familiar with Mexican ingredients and dishes and design your own lesson. Recipes can range from: easy peasy Guac to decoding how to make the perfect ‘Pico de Gallo’ to Enchiladas or colorful Mexican rice to Burritos.
