I live in Florida and was in need of a personal chef in Chicago. I was treating my friend and her family to dinner and it had to be extra special. It was important to me that the chef be accredited and professional; therefore, I searched the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) directory. I reached out to several and while they were also professional, Aakruti was the first to respond, she was the most personable, and the one most willing to work within my budget. During our delightful conversation, I discovered she was also certified as a ‘Safe Food Handler’ which is critical to me during the COVID-19 pandemic. We made a few adjustment to her beautifully detailed Greek dinner menu and she sent me a receipt immediately after payment. My friends couldn’t say enough good things about the food and the entire Personal Chef experience. The gift was a hit! Thank you Aakruti for making everything so special!
