Aakruti is a fantastic chef. She takes the time to make sure she uses the freshest ingredients. She is very knowledgeable about many different cultures and cuisines and is able to provide a versatile menu. I have noticed she quickly becomes familiar with your palate and will also suggest items that are sure to please you.
She does a great job following up with you to make sure everything was to your satisfaction and also asks for feedback.
I have also asked Aakruti to create a menu and cook for a fall party I was having. She created a perfectly curated menu to the theme and tastes I was looking to serve. She takes great pride in her work and wants to truly do a professional job.
I believe her and her company, Hearty Cooks Room, will continue to grow and flourish because of the attention to detail and the quality of her cooking.
