Paneer Tikka Kebab are marinated Paneer cubes grilled, barbecued or otherwise baked in oven. These cubes can be arranged on skewers as well. It’s a popular North Indian appetizer, which can be replicated very easily at home.
Hyderabadi Lukhmi, is a savory/ appetizer from Hyderabad (a south Indian city) and a variation of ‘Samosa’ and ’empanadas’. The authentic one has a filling of minced goat/ lamb meat.
Avocado Toast is my way of including this lovely fruit for breakfast/ appetizers! Refer to my earlier post, Avocado Paratha (Indian flatbread) to know more about this low-fat fruit. Some recipes are so simple and easy, they aren’t worth talking about. But when it comes to Avocado Toast, it is 🙂
